{How it all works}

{Custom Process}

I absolutely love doing custom work! Everything you see in the shop can be customized, but I'm also available to work from scratch to create something unique. Custom prices vary depending on whether your design will be available for resale, printing methods, what elements make up your wedding suite, and lots more. In other words, having budget for your stationery doesn't mean you can't have custom paper goods! Before getting started, I like get a feel of the style of wedding you have in mind, from a small ceremony by the beach to a large formal wedding in a historic hotel, every detail counts. Tell me your wedding color scheme, show me your bridesmaids dresses, bouquets and any other small details and visions you have for your special day. We'll create something that is true to you and your fiance. Once all the details are ironed out, we'll talk about cost, printing methods, paper and more. As soon as I have all the text you want to incorporate on your wedding invitations, response cards, etc., I'll send you a PayPal invoice for a 50% deposit. Soon after I'll have digital proofs for you to approve. We'll make changes, if needed, and send your work off to be printed! Once your wedding suite is back from the printer and shipped, I'll send a final invoice which will include the shipping costs.

For any project, up to three rounds of changes are included free of charge; additional drafts are $75 each.

{Payment:}

I accept Visa, Mastercard, Express, and Discover, and PayPal payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with Jess Creates. For custom work, I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit up front, and the last 50% plus shipping after printing. Please contact me to set up your custom listing. Unfortunately, cash, checks, and money orders are not accepted at this time.

{Shipping & Handling}

Orders are shipped USPS First Class mail and arrive within 2-3 days. Unless you contact me in advance of purchase, shipping DOES NOT include delivery confirmation or any kind of tracking. Because shipping prices vary depending on the weight of your order and your location, I can not estimate exact shipping prices. I charge exactly what it costs me, with no additional fees.

{Refunds and Exchanges}

Because your order is customized specifically for you, all sales are final. I recommend purchasing the sample pack in the shop to get an idea for what your product will look like.

{Timeline}

How long your project will take varies on each job. Rush jobs can usually be accommodated, but please inquire before making your purchase. Generally, I request 8 weeks for design, printing, and shipping time for invitations. For custom jobs I ask that you allow a three-month minimum. 'Day of" stationery, such as programs or table numbers, can be accommodated on a shorter time frame. I can be more specific once I know more about your project.
